I’m a big food-geek, so reading, researching & trying, testing and experimenting in the kitchen is like second nature to me.
Keeping things fresh, is what helps me stay motivated and keep my routine and my plate (or bowl) fun and new.
But, what really keeps me honest, both in and out of the kitchen, is depending on a few good staples to keep me on track.
